Nirav is the Founder and President of Stratosphere (www.stratosphere-LLC.com), a coaching and consulting firm whose mission is to take individuals and businesses to new heights. Nirav’s coaching practice for leaders and individuals focuses on mental fitness and performance. An experienced business leader, Nirav also consults with non-profits and business owners on strategic planning and marketing.

Kim is a seasoned leader in the non-profit space who brings 25 years of experience designing and managing national, impactful, workforce diversity and inclusion programs
