Nirav’s deep commitment to human flourishing expresses itself in multiple ways. As an Executive Board member of the International Coaching Federation’s Minnesota chapter, he serves in a Strategic Marketing role and also serves on its DEIJB committee.  He has also served for six years as Executive Board member and Vice-Chair on the Board of Living Well Disability Services, a non-profit committed to improving the lives of people impacted by disabilities.

Nirav is the Founder and President of Stratosphere, a coaching and consulting firm whose mission is to take individuals and businesses to new heights. Nirav’s coaching practice for leaders and individuals focuses on positive intelligence, mental discipline and performance.  An experienced business leader, Nirav also consults with non-profits and business owners on strategic planning and marketing.

For the 25 years prior to Stratosphere, he held general management and senior leadership roles in the medical device industry, primarily at Medtronic, one of the world's largest medical device companies. Nirav earned a Master of Science degree in biomedical engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering from the University of Mumbai.

Nirav also volunteers as a meditation instructor and for more than fifteen years has practiced under the guidance of Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj, a spiritual master internationally recognized for his work to promote inner and outer peace through meditation.
