I am a Chinese-Canadian supervisor working with a global focus and interested in working with diverse groups. My practice is reflective, with attention paid to what is in the space. We look at our work through a systemic focus and consider “who I am is how I coach”.
As a person of colour, I straddle two main cultures and have learned to dance in the space between all the cultures around me. I am interested in supporting those who want to create inclusive and fair spaces in our world. I have been a coaching supervisor for 12 years, working both internally in organizations and as an external supervisor. I also work individually and with global groups. I have also been training professional coaches for 10 years as well and am focused on ensuring people of colour are well represented in the coaching profession.
