Supervision and DEIJB (Diversity,Equity, Inclusion, Justice, and Belonging) are cornerstones of my work as a coach supervisor, rooted deeply in both my personal and professional ethos. Born in Hong Kong and raised with a perspective that values tradition and the unconventional, I have always been attuned to the nuances of identity and the dynamics of interpersonal interactions across diverse backgrounds.
This work is crucial to me because it addresses the complexities of human relationships and systemic biases that often go unacknowledged. As such,my commitment to equity and social justice is an extension of my belief that “supervision is spirituality and love in action”, anchored in creativity, emergent dialogues, and radical embrace of every aspect of our beings—mind, body, heart, and spirit. This holistic approach is not just my practice; it’s a vital conduit for cultivating meaningful change and deepening collective awareness in every interaction.
