As a Coach Supervisor, I set my intention to facilitate and support other coaches and leaders in realizing the emergence and cultivation of their group and individual reflective processes. My goal is to congruently develop and maintain a co-creative atmosphere and authentic feeling tone within a transformational, yet confidential group environment.
Social justice is an integral part of my life’s work and I find that it is consistently manifested when moral courage and moral imagination intersect. My background is broad, and before the last decade as an ICF certified coach and more recently as a coach supervisor, I worked professionally in various fields including healthcare, education, business, and law.
My expertise lies in empowering equitable, innovative, and inclusive leadership principles through both coaching and consulting. I believe that the shortest distance between learning and growth is right outside your comfort zone!
