Francine coaches leaders in diverse sectors and develops professional coaches through mentoring, supervision and training. She is adjunct faculty for Coaching Supervision Academy North America. Her publications include a case study on the coaching/psychotherapy boundary; ethics in coaching promotion; the impact of life events on coaches and their coaching; and book chapters on adult learning theories in coaching, reflective learning forcoaches, and coaching in the adult workplace. Francine is presently Editor(Americas) for the International Coaching Psychology Review.  Francine was Associate Editor for a Special Issue of the Journal of Negro Education (Howard University Press) and co-author of a study on coaching in historically Black colleges and universities.  She was lead editor for Coaching Supervision: Voices from the Americas and co-edited Innovations in Leadership Coaching Research and Practice.
